We read every message and usually reply within 2–3 business days. If your email is about a guide correction, we may reply with the fix already live — corrections often go up faster than the reply does.
What to Email Us About
- Factual errors. If a guide says something that no longer matches the game — a fuel number, a spec line, a release detail — tell us which page and which claim. Every page on this site carries a "sources checked" date, and reader corrections are the fastest way we move that date forward.
- Guide suggestions. Is there a Frostrail topic you searched for and couldn't find a straight answer to? We build our topic list from exactly those gaps. The About page explains how we pick what to cover next.
- Broken pages. A link that 404s, a layout that falls apart on your phone, an image that won't load — send the page URL and what browser you were on.
- Privacy or advertising questions. Anything about our privacy policy, cookies, or ads can also come through this address.
What We Can't Help With
We're an unofficial fan site — not affiliated with FakeFish or Shiro Unlimited — so we cannot help with game purchases, Steam refunds, account problems, technical support for the game itself, or press inquiries on the developer's behalf. For anything official, go to the game's Steam page or the developer's own channels. Please also don't send game files, bug reports meant for the developers, or beta keys; we can't process or forward them.
Editorial Responsibility
We take corrections seriously. When a reader points out an error and we can verify the correct information, we fix the page promptly and move its "sources checked" date. Within the limits of what we can verify from official sources, we aim to correct confirmed mistakes as soon as we learn about them — and where we can't verify a claim either way, we say so on the page rather than quietly editing it. This site is run by one hobbyist editor rather than a media company, so there's no press office and no phone line; email is the only channel, and it's genuinely monitored.
