By using FrostrailGame.org you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We've kept them plain-language because this is a fan site, not a bank — but the terms below are the whole agreement between you and the site operator.
What This Site Is
FrostrailGame.org is an unofficial, independent fan site about the game Frostrail, developed by FakeFish and published by Shiro Unlimited. The site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to FakeFish, Shiro Unlimited, or any other game company. It is run by an individual hobbyist, publishes only fan-written guides and commentary, and sells nothing. Nothing on this site is official game communication; for that, go to the developer's and publisher's own channels.
Informational Purposes Only
All guides, walkthroughs and news notes are provided for general information. Frostrail is a game in active development heading into Early Access, so mechanics, numbers, system requirements and release details can change with any patch or announcement. A guide that was accurate when published may be outdated when you read it — every page shows its "sources checked" date so you can judge how current it is. We make no guarantee that any content is complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose.
Intellectual Property
- The game. Frostrail, the Frostrail name, and all related game content are the property of FakeFish and its licensors. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our use of the game's name to describe and comment on it is referential and does not imply endorsement.
- This site. The written guides, page structure and original artwork on FrostrailGame.org are created by the site operator. You may quote short excerpts with a visible link back to the source page; you may not republish whole pages, mirror the site, or repackage our guides.
Prohibited Uses
- Scraping, bulk-downloading or automated copying of site content, including for training machine-learning models or feeding content farms.
- Republishing our pages on other sites or apps without prior written permission (email guyuehantan@gmail.com — permission for genuine fan communities is usually granted).
- Presenting this site as an official Frostrail resource, or using it to sell anything.
- Attempting to break, overload or interfere with the site or its hosting.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — this site, including lost game progress, in-game losses from following a guide that a patch has since invalidated, or decisions made based on outdated information. Reading a guide is not the same as playing: verify anything critical in-game before relying on it.

Our pages link to external sites such as Steam and developer announcements. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the site changes — for example, if advertising or new features are added. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
